In order to raise an army to fight his brother and overtake the planet, the most evil Graal works with a mad scientist, Dr. Kraspin. Kraspin has developed a chemical that turns an ordinary man into a war machine. Fearing for Metropolis, their planet, the citizens take up the fight to stop and destroy Graal.
