In revolution-torn Mexico, Polish soldier of fortune Serge Kowalski (Franco Nero) had hired on with a silver mine owner to smuggle his ore into Texas. When he finds the mine and it's riches taken over by the ragtag forces of peasant revolutionary Paco Roman (Tony Musante), Kowalski readily switches allegiances... and guarantees the wrath of his former boss's crazed hired gun (Jack Palance) as well as the Federales'.
