Synopsis
Ricardo MontalbĆ”n (Sweet Charity, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan), Ariadne Welter (The Panther Women), and Jorge MartĆnez de Hoyos (The Magnificent Seven) star in Untouched (Sombra verde), a strange and exotic romantic adventure set at the edge of civilisation.
Scientist Federico (MontalbƔn) is tasked with taking a journey into the jungle to search for a rare medicinal root. When he becomes desperately lost, he is rescued by a farmer, and soon begins a torrid affair with the farmer's beautiful daughter, YƔscara (Welter).
Directed by Roberto GavaldĆ³n (Macario), co-written by Luis BuƱuelās regular screenwriter Luis Alcoriza (Los olvidados, The Exterminating Angel), and shot almost entirely on location, Untouched is finally available ā fully uncut and uncensored ā on Blu-ray for the first time anywhere in the world.
