At Orbit DVD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your media collection. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, booklets, and slipcovers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested replacement within 3-5 business days.
